4 set questions, 3 member panel, 20 minute time limit. Candidates talk in a monologue with no feedback from the panel. Candidates look at the tops of the panel members' heads while they write notes as to what candidates say. There is no indication whether you are selected and it takes over a month to be notified if you were selected
