URJ interview questions

Meet with recruiter, hiring manager, heads of dept. First 2 interviews were great. Pay is low but it's a nonprofit. Third interview was a joke- guy seemed more interested in quizzing about every possible aspect of public relations, drilling candidate for 56 minutes straight, asking questions that were well above and beyond what the JD laid out. I could do this job in my sleep. This guy was a nightmare from the start and if I didn't need a job I would've just closed my laptop after ten minutes. Rude, cut me off constantly, asked questions without having looked at my resume at all and expected experience at a senior level when this is the most junior level in the dept. Bizarre person. Easily dodged a bullet there.
