Brief interview with basic qualifications questions; can you lift 50 plus pounds daily/hourly, can you do overtime as needed, stand for long periods of time. Operate equipment... To my surprise there is no drug test.

It was moderately easy for the most part and it went smoothly and quick, they also gave me a tour and I talked to other workers for more knowledge about what I was up for.
