Fifty question Wonderlic cognitive skills exam and three paragraph written assignment regarding what makes you qualified for the posoition. Following written portion I met with Training Dir and Training Manager. Both were professional and asked 4 questions which required applicant to use STAR Model ie situation, task, action taken and result.
