Interview
The interview was done over skype, it was very smooth and relaxing. The interview was very professional without intimidating the candidates. We talked about my previous experience, background, software efficiency, and I was asked to present one of the project from my portfolio. The interviewer also explained the kind of projects the firm was working on, the project that I will be involved and the overall design process/workflow.
Applied online via their website and answered their questions. Received online interview invitation in 2 weeks.
After the interview, job offer within 2 weeks. The interviewers are friendly and the whole process is smooth.

zoom meeting with the architect, which is okay. But the arranging time process is not that good, they change the time again and again, in the end, we set up an interview after a month's negotiation

There was only 1 interviewer, the interview was online via video chat. I was asked to introduce myself and walk them through my portfolio. The total duration of the interview was around 40 minutes. They told me I would hear back within 2 weeks, but I never did. I emailed the interviewer and the person from HR a few times but never got a reply.
