Interview
It was a pleasent talk with one of the project leaders. Really casual, personal talk. Talked about the goals and motivition in the field of architecture. Also touching on the software skills, where not overcompensating was a plus.
Overall, the application was very easy, but the interviews were too quick and too normal and there seemed to be a lot of waiting around for interviewees, at the end no email/response/result even an "Unfortunately" one.
