Pretty standard interview and straightforward questions, nothing unexpected. Focused on technical lab skill questions and general biology concept questions at one point. Interview was conducted by two individuals and they also gave a tour of the office and lab.

Typical interview will go over strengths and weaknesses. Interviewer will ask about relevant experiences to the job position. Very friendly and encouraging! Interview will discuss job duties. They leave space for questions for everything including transportation.
