The HR interview is usually a two-on-one (two interviewees, one interviewer) interview focused on getting to know you, your background, and motivation for joining the program. The interview is generally conversational and aims to assess your communication skills, attitude, and alignment with UNIQLO's values.
1st interview was a case study about a store not doing so well. the candidates were required to discuss their next steps and present it to the interviewer. 1nd interview was HR, nice exchange. 3rd interview was with HR and CEO, straightforward (not a discussion, I guess it's the Japanese method). I advise future candidates to mention Uniqlo's values at each answer (I insist, each question even if it doesn't seem natural, talk about life wear etc) as they do now value originality (sorry not sorry)
Group AC. There was a scenario in which a store is doing very well. We need to group in 5 to figure out how we can improve it. We were given 10 mins to prepare, 25 mins for group discussion, and finally 10 mins to present.
