I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UNDP in May 2015
Interview
I got the interview three days after the application deadline. Basically asking what I skills I have that could help the project, which was specified in the job advertisement. The whole process was quite casual and nothing too difficult. I was interviewed by my team leader.

Question 1
How can you help the task? What skills do you have that are relevant to the task.
They made a mistake and gave me the wrong date. The interviewer warned that I would be doing overtime during the weekend. The questions were all generic and to be expected.
2 interviewers (those who would be my supervisors, not HR/recruitment personnel) 4 questions that should be answered in approximately 5 minutes each, then 5 minutes at the end for logistical details and questions, and opportunity to ask questions.
