I applied online. I interviewed at UNDP (Jakarta) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview lasted for about an hour. I had about five interviewers, one from HR and the others from the unit I will be working under. For the position, I was asked about my general knowledge surrounding SDGs achievements through innovative financing, particularly on climate financing, youth entrepreneurship, Islamic finance, and others. I also received more general questions surrounding my experiences, my international relations studies, and other surface-level stuff. It was very enjoyable overall, the interviewers were very encouraging and calm, and they were very accommodating during the process. That notwithstanding, you will still need to prepare ahead of time to not be caught off guard during the interview.
