I applied online. I interviewed at UNDP in Sep 2018
Interview
First I had a written test, one hour to send back..for that I needed to do some study the day before about the department and what they do and read a paper about it, it helped me a lot to have read this and summarize it because the next day on the written test ( Since you only have one hour and the questions need a lot of reading and information). After I passed this process, I had a skype interview and the process was fine and the question where mostly to see how your personal interest and professional pathway matches the department you are applying for.
