The staff made me feel very comfortable during the entire face to face interview. Communication was excellent from the time I was contacted for an interview through the end of the process.

I was contacted to be brought in for an interview, and was brought in at a time that was convenient for everyone. We met in a conference room, where I met with the woman who would be my supervisor, the department chair, and a senior member of the faculty. It was like being in front of a panel, and a little nerve wracking, but everyone seemed quite nice and genuinely interested in getting to know me and how my previous work experience could be applied to this position.
