1. Apply be customer service oriented. 2. Never be to prideful to learn. 3. Their is always something to be done. And what do you have to offer that most candidates do not ? and you will be ask how much do you feel your worth? My answer Every penny I ask for I will be a 138% return on investment. Interviewer stated, what are you using to gauge you performance base line off of and over what period of time are you factoring in? My reply Year over Year and I take pride in always watching my preformance at what ever I do and if something did give the desired outcome I ask why and research what I could have done better and practice on my own time to improve my self. Interviewer stated when you can you start? I stated do you a free shirt I can put on now.

The interview was held over the phone, as the corporate headquarters are in LA. It was three separate phone interviews which comprised of basic interview questions as well as providing a 90 day business plan on how you will increase revenue and bring in more members. Overall, very friendly and looking for a leader that has the time to put in.

Very easy, they will hire anyone who takes the job. They like to fill holes more than hire talent. Do not take their offer if you aspire to be successful. ASK TO SEE VERY SPECIFIC NUMBERS!!!!
