Interview
The interview process was one initial phone screen and two in-person interviews.
The initial phone screen is just an "about us" and "about yourself" conversation. The first in-person interview is a relatively commonplace interview with standard questions; they did issue a basic intelligence test (quick, 12-minutes). The second interview was to give a presentation on their software followed by lunch with both interviewers. Both in-person interviews were about 2 hours long.

Interview
The interview process was about what I would expect for a career track job. I was asked to take an initial assessment online, and then offered a first interview, where I took an additional assessment & met with a couple members of upper management. Subsequently, I was offered a second interview, where I was asked to put together as sales presentation for one of their products. I delivered this presentation at the second interview, where I once again met with upper management and this time, the CEO. I received an official offer via phone and in writing within a matter of days.
