Just a phone interview, they will ask do you have CDL. And easy to talk to, and the interviewer is nice. Once they ensure you have CDL, you can start work.

There is no interview required for this job, because they try to hire students at UCSD who aren't expected to have any bus driving experience. All that is required is to be 18 years of age and to have two years of a clean driving record.
