Interview
Did a phone screen and then an interview with both hiring managers/PIs. Interview was surprisingly technical and they asked me a bunch of chemistry problems. 2 ish weeks after that interview, they asked for references and I got an offer a week and a half after that. The whole process took slightly longer than a month or so

Interview
It is little tedious. Ask you about your background and try to dig in your expertise and knowledge about basics. They will also check your knowledge on their work if you will be a right fit or not.
