there was a screening with HR, a follow up meeting with a supervisor over Zoom, and then a panel interview. It was a blend of questions about why I was interested in the job, learning more about my skill set, followed by some behavioral questions in the panel

it was formal process. First telephone screening, then with the hiring manager which was more technical and scenario based. final interview was with the panel. they had the standard rubric which was more behaviural. The panelists were very friendly.
