Phone Interview. Basic questions. The director was only interested in making sure I was not a complete idiot. Most of what I was told I would receive ended up being false. I needed the job so I went for it, but I was happy to leave as soon a I could. A very insular place to work.

There was a phone interview with the hiring manager. It had very basic behavioral questions.
The onsite interview was with the hiring manager/ branch chief, the division director, and another branch chief. The questions asked for specific examples of how one would react in certain situations in previous work.

Very general questions, don't worry about it too much. You'll be okay. The only real questions that should be researched are questions pertaining specifically to the GSA. So research the GSA.
