The whole process took 2 rounds 1) Telephonic Interview 2) One on-site interview. 1) Telephonic round was a basic HR round asking about the availability and basic questions for any known technologies. 2) Second round was a 45 on-site round covering the topics ITIL, ServiceNow, SQL and UNIX
