      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at U.S. Bank in Mar 2014

      Interview

easy, panel interview. Questions werent too focused on banking, wanted to know past work history and how would I fit into the company. panel cared more about my personality then they did about what my past work experience was. The fact that I had experience in sales was a bonus.
