I was informed that the position was already filled during my phone interview. I wasted a lot of time and energy preparing. Either wait to finish interviewing before making your decision, or let applicants know the position was filled. Strange and unprofessional experience.

You will get an email asking you to set up a time where they will prescreen you, asking simple questions and how much you want to make. 1-2 weeks later either the branch manager or hiring manager will reach out. and if you are hired they told me on the spot but it may very. you'll get a call from someone in HR asking if you will accept the position and go over benefits etc in about 5 days.

Question 1
there is a ton of questions on past employments and how you handled certain situations. they re explain and give you time to think of answer. the interview is about an hour. I would think of certain situations where you've corrected a situation that was originally bad, a time where you and a co worker did not get along and how you fixed it etc. and write down a list before your interview.
