Interview
Applied through school, and heard back within a couple of days. Round 1 interview with campus recruiter via Webex. Round 2 interview with 2 senior analysts simultaneously and then round 3 with managing director, both via Webex.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly behavioral, i.e. "What are your strengths and describe a time you took advantage of them. What happened?"
Some lightweight technical, i.e. "Rate your Excel skills 1-10 and describe a function that you use regularly."
Overall very conversational and informal, so mostly talking with them and seeing how you fit in with the team.

Very brief initial call with team and V.P. of team. I had an hour call with these 4 people and it was pretty basic. A few technicals but mostly behavioral.
