The first step in the interview process was a phone interview that consisted of basic introductory and behavioral based questions. The next step (current) waiting for the hiring manager at the applicable branch to contact me for an in person interview.

Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customers service experience.
Phone screen with recruiter, 7 questions max about customer satisfaction, problem resolution risk management… then hiring manager asks 10-12 questions or so, 30-40 minutes on average. Very easy if you have experience on banking and show willingness to be the best employee ever
