Phone interview with HR then hiring manager then onsite. They scheduled things very quick to accommodate my schedule, prompt response. Very pleasant experience. They make decision fast which surprised me but the negotiation process was long because of all the processes and approvals etc. The Recruiter did her best to get me a better offer
