The interview process is nothing more than a joke. I applied on week one, phone call from recruiter week 2 asking generic questions about my background etc. A few days later I was asked to come in for a face to face interview which sounded good so far however that was the last positive thing I have to say for this company. I show up to the interview, which seemed like an assembly line of people asking me the same questions repeatedly? Why would you have 7 different people ask me the same question repeatedly is beyond me. The best part of this interview is after 3 hours of my day and no one else wanted to be the 8th person to ask me questions so the receptionist came in and stated the "interview was concluded." I sent a thank you letter with hopes to hear back however a week passed with no contact from anyone. I tried to reach out to the recruiter and she was gone with the wind. 3 phone calls, 2 emails and a voicemail. NOTHING. It’s been over 6 months with no contact, no email stating I wasn't chosen which seems to be OBVIOUS now. Complete waste, 3 hours of my day and US Bank can't even send an email back? Fix your hiring process as it is utterly horrendous.
