Interview
It was a simple interview process and the whole thing took about an hour. The manager was nice and had a sheet of questions to go off of. He was friendly and didn't rush the answers too much.

Tell me about a time when you had to be self motivated.
Very simple. The manager was very nice. I was asked specific questions regarding how to handle stress and angry customers. I asked how my experience would help me in new position.
