Met with recruiter then manager. Manager made multiple comments that there is no room for growth and you come in and do your job. Do have a program to track all keyboard clicks and mouse movement.
The interview process began with an initial HR screening to discuss background, experience, and job expectations. After that, there was a manager interview focusing on technical skills and team fit.
