U.K. Elite Soccer interview questions

went along to a local selection process, around 40 candidates, all had to do a 10 minute training drill then an informal interview to ensure i was the right candidiate for the job. Question ranged from the usual 'why uk elite' to my experience which would make me an ideal fit for them. Asked aout the background of the company too
