It was like a conversation, very comfortable. Feel free to ask any questions you want, it is encouraged. Once we finished the basic part of the interview, I was given a tour of the classrooms and facility, the children were very sociable and sweet.

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple for U GRO. I got an email after I applied for an interview. There was only one interview and I was hired after the call. During the call, they asked both personal and situational questions that related to experience with children.
The interview was relatively short and easy. The interviewers were very personable.
