It was very quick over the phone. I feel like they didn't ask enough to get to know me properly. Standard questions were asked about why I thought I was the right person for the role.

Interview
Scheduled an interview for Friday morning. On Thursday morning, I received a meeting invite for an All-team meeting at my current company that I could not miss. I immediately contacted the HR rep I was communicating with and asked to reschedule our interview and gave multiple other options. I was ghosted.
Happy to see the culture exposed before even having to take an interview.

Interview
First interview was through zoom. It was a standard get to know you type interview. The second interview was in person in the office. I met with 3 or 4 other designers where I answered questions and talked about projects in my portfolio.
