I initially had a zoom interview with HR. I was then sent a couple online tests, where the first was a series of pictures that I had to determine which ones were different from each other and the second included questions about how to use excel formulas. I was then asked to come to the office for an in-person interview with a team of people. Everything seemed to go well and the people I met were all great, but after the final interview, they told me they would let me know about a decision in a couple days whether I was chosen or not, but I never heard from them again. I even reached out about five days after the interview was completed to see if they had an update, but no one responded to my email. They were previously very quick to respond to any emails I sent them, but after the final interview I was completely ignored. I at least expected to get an email that they chose to go with another candidate instead of just being completely ghosted after how great everyone was with me before the final decision.
