Interview
Very relaxed interview process, to try and get to know you and how you may fit in within the company. Mostly felt like a conversation rather than an interview. Some competency and personality based questions, but overall a good experience.

How would you deal working and communicating with different departments.
The application process is simple and straightforward, with submitting your interest and engaging in a final interview.
All they want is to be yourself and answer honestly. They also expect to you ask questions about the firm, so do your research earlier.
