Interview
CV review, phone interview then assessment. The process takes a month to get to the phone interview due to high volume of application. The HR manger was friendly on the phone.
There was a quick phone interview with HR and then a video interview with HR + line management. It was a welcoming environment and the questions were very relevant for the job itself.

They will ask you about your experience, and especially about your education experience if you have any. You may have a couple of interviews and also also a task that asks you to write an outreach email to a prospect that has spoken about Twinkl content but has not included a link to the website. You have to write an email to ask her to add the link. Also a task to find several prospects and why you would outreach to them.
