Interview
I was supposed to have a phone call with them, they rescheduled at the minute we were supposed to meet. We had the phone call the next day. I was supposed to have a second interview over Teams with management and they did not show up. I was in the waiting room of the Teams meeting for 20 minutes before I exited. I reached out to reschedule and was told it was due to a technical issue. We confirmed a new date and time, and then a few days later before the scheduled interview, I received an email that the position was filled and they weren't going to give me an interview.

Screening Interview felt disjointed, and the person asking the questions was regularly having to look through documents to find answers to my questions about the posting, had to follow up two weeks after the interview, despite being told I would be reached out to within the next week - they did not respond.
