Tutoring Club interview questions

It was very casual as the director and I sat down and he asked me about myself and my experience. He was very kind and showed immense care for the business and the students, ensuring the tutors he hired are experienced enough and passionate about helping. I have not received an offer yet as I just did the interview and he said he would get back to me.

One on one. Tour of facility. Described day to day scenarios. Asked questions regarding background, education and experience. Included opportunity to observe a session and materials used for student growth.
