Very easy, they ask about your teaching experience, a couple of imaginary scenarios where you have to deal with certain types of students and they show you the software works.

Pretty fast paced interview. Asked basic questions about their company philosophy and the GEMS of HDT Tutoring. Interviewer was very polite. Success in the interview can be very easily achieved as long as one prepares thoroughly before. Luckily, Tutor.com provide all the material one needs to review upon scheduling the interview.
