The interview was casual and involved about 3 people at one time in the same meeting area. I later met with 2 additional employees separately for additional interviewing and discussion about the position and the company.

The interviewer was very thorough with their questions. It lasted quite a long time (probably 1 1/2 hours) and then I met with more people from the specific department I was applying for.
