Informal. HR was the only individual there it was an interview during lunch time and HR was too busy interrupting me to actually hear anything I said.
It was all completed in under 10 minutes. She was 25 minutes late to said interview (although it definitely did not seem to be an interview) more like a casual chat which is the vibe the entire firm gave off with clothing attire etc.
