CRM Class was the inital phase, followed by English exam and interview with pilot and HR representatives. For initial pilots, DLR is required. Generally it takes about two - to - three days of interview.

Interview
If you do not support the government, It is not possible to pass the last interview. The process takes; Document control - DLR 1 - DLR 2 - Interview. They control your everything at first including your toefl and Ielts exams. DLR1 is an ability exam and DLR2 exams were being applied by German pshycologists.
