The HRs, Joao, Blessing & Vikram are ghosting my application after Interview.
Creating a profile in August 2024, passed the tests for general LLM analyt, then specific languages in February and April 2025.
Turing partnered with Risebird, a third party recruiting agency to vet the candidates for this role in the interview process.
I met an Indian Guy, he came 20 mins late just and just read my Resume on the zoom meeting.
Even, he kicked out three times on the room due to poor internet connection.
I was surprised that my application can't be tracked on the system, possibly the guy did not upload it because he had trouble on his internet (you can check it on Turing & Risebird portal) about your application status.
And getting crazier, Joao & Vikram completely ghosted me since my first approach, whereas Blessing told me to wait, but still no update since February 2025.

The process began with an online assessment that involved analyzing data provided in an Excel sheet and answering related questions. The assessment also included a few behavioral questions, and I was selected for the next round.

Online assessment focused on SxS AI response comparisons. Not the most challenging assessment, with unclear and often misleading instructions. This is then followed by an interview, assuming you pass the skills assessment.

The Interview was moderate with maths and guesstimate questions and about previous work experience. The interview can be AI based or there will be panel as some of colleagues have AI interview.
