Similar to other companies, the interview process includes one phone screen and one on-site interview. I got referred by one of my friends and accepted an ordinary phone screen first. The phone interview includes the introduction to the company, some easy programming tasks and a Q/A section.
After the phone interview, I received the invitation to their office for an on-site interview. The on-site interview is lengthy, including 7 sections where I talk with different interviewers. Almost all sections are regarding programming tasks and some design questions.
