I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Turbocam International in Jan 2025
Interview
Was nice to get to be interviewed by the hiring manager without an initial HR screen. Interview seemed to go very well, with that IT manager telling me mid-interview that he was impressed and wanted me to be part of the in-person second round. Great! I wasn't expecting to be asked how I fit into their mission statement though, and was unaware of the specific text.
Apparently I answered incorrectly, as that was the last time I heard from the company.
After more than a week, I emailed in to the HR person (JobVite doesn't tell you your status), who never answered my email back, but used the ATS to send me an impersonal rejection. I have zero idea how I went from being a lock on round two to being someone unworthy of a human response. Very, very disappointing. It's been more than 45 days since this video interview, and the job is still open. Who knows if the job even exists?

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Turbocam International (Barrington, NH)
Interview
Went through just one virtual interview with engineering managers before being invited to an in-person site visit in New Hampshire. Went to site visit - they provided lunch while they interviewed me and took me on a site tour.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Turbocam International (Barrington, NH) in May 2019
Interview
The first is a phone interview. If that goes well you will move onto an in person interview. When I got interviewed I was interviewed by the manager. Then she had a group interview to meet the team of people I would be working with. They got to sit down with me and ask all their questions and gage if I would be a good fit within the team.

The first and most important question that is usually asked is can you abide by their mission statement - which they call a mission vision now.
