Two-part interview. One with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. I would say it was straight forward and they were receptive. No curveballs, and they left me plenty of room to ask my own questions.
If you can walk and talk they hire you because their turnover rate is over 90%. They lie about almost everything and force you to get a telemarketing license yet force you to violate telemarketing laws. The people making awesome money do not follow the script you are FORCED to follow. The script includes false statements. I actually had 2 managers over a few hundred times falsely my ADP time card to LESS HOURS WORKED and put in fake breaks. I have been fighting for 16 months to have civil rights enforced and he paid the money back I earned. Stay away from this company they have a president that REFUSES to communicate or even appear at the office and allows illegal practices and policies to run the business and a fake Human Resources department that takes a week to even figure out who the person is. It’s nothing but emotional and financial abuse!
