3 interviews all via Microsoft Teams. Basic conversations. Reached out to me on LinkedIn. Seem fairly organized and 7/10 communication. Overall positive feedback. Could improve candidate preparedness. Culture seems good they do consider personality fit.
Easy, they were very nice and helpful and didn't have too many steps and follow up was also really quick which I appreciated. First with talent and then with management

Waste of time, no respect. Make sure to send several emails to get an answer. Recruiters may not always respond if you're not a top candidate or if the job has changed or been cancelled. None of them build relationships, other will simply focus on the next job to fill. Make sure to be behind them if you want feedback and a final answer.
