Started off with a basic breakdown of my previous experience, followed by a tour of the school. The principal and and all staff I met were very pleasant. However I was told that each week you would have a teach review, each week, ad infinitum. I was then told that even the principal was subject to these reviews as the school is very data driven and wants to improve. Good luck to them and their staff but upon hearing this policy I ended the interview as it sounds like a personal hell.
