Round table with common defense oriented and ethics questions. Very friendly and kind interviewers, seems like a great place to work. They ask about ethics, why you want to do this work and why you would want to work in Tulare County/Visalia/Porterville.

Tulare County has available jobs listed online. I believe I applied online with work and education history, as well as resume. I was called sometime after and asked if I would submit to an interview. The interview was an in-person meeting, with two individuals. The interview included a skills assessment in which I was asked specific factual scenarios and how I would respond. I was notified by phone after the interview about an offer.
