It was very quick and easy, management seemed a bit under prepared with questions and company knowledge. It seemed like corporate did not communicate a pay scale with them and they were unable to give a range.

Submitted quickly online and was contacted by store manager within 90 minutes. We met later that day and had a good conversation. Holiday hiring was ramping up and each of us were able to get our questions answered satisfactorily.
