I applied for the position at TuSimple online. I was really happy with the online application as it did not require manually adding my work experience and education. After the application, recruiter contacted me to get the information about my experience, explained the interview process and gave information about the company. After the initial conversation with recruiter, I was setup to be interviewed by various members of the TuSimple team along with the hiring manager. There were four rounds of the interview process starting with hiring manager/Director, then Senior Director, HR Rep and Engineering Director. All the interviewers asked me to give a brief introduction. The interview questions were along my background and past experience. There were some technical questions (not many) and some behavioral interview questions. The interviewers also explained their role within the company and provided me opportunities to ask any questions. The interviewers were knowledgeable and able to respond to my questions in precise manner. Overall, it was great experience interviewing with TuSimple.
