I had an initial interview with HR, followed by a 45 minute interview with the controller about a week apart. There was a skills assessment that took about 45 minutes to complete after the interview with the Controller. The HR guy was great and the Controller was OK.
I am giving 1 star, not because I did not get the job, but because I followed up 2x a week apart each and was ghosted. The email was sent directly to the controller just asking for an update. A simple "We have decided to go with another candidate" response was apparently asking too much. I got the point after not receiving a response the second time after 2 weeks, then seeing the job posting disappear.
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior. I can only assumes this is indicative of other behaviors.
