Gave a scenario to show what would be done. Interview process runs smoothly. Both in person and virtual interviews are offered.

Interview
First interview is a phone screen interview to feel out who you are as a person and if you align with the company.
Second interview is the video call interview where the manager will be listening in while you are being interviewed by another employer. This interview is more in depth with questioning.
